A SMALL CORNER

Kumburgaz Apartment takes place at an intersection of two raods and the main opportunities for this project was plots irregular shape and small size.

​

The main purpose is to transfrom disadvantages of plot to design potentiials and discover space suprises.

​

The solutions for reaching useful spaces also gives building its facade and mass language. Balconies are placed all around  floor slabs and underlines being at a "corner".
