An office building for the R&D units of KordSA, one of Sabancı Holding’s leading technology companies, was designed within its İzmit campus.

Set within a dense green landscape, the project is shaped by the ambition to establish strong spatial, visual, and functional relationships with its surroundings, alongside a flexible and fluid interior organization.

The design allows the landscape to permeate the working environment, where daylight and the cyclical nature of time become perceptible throughout the day. In doing so, the project seeks to disrupt the monotony of conventional work routines, offering a more dynamic and sensory office experience.
