Area: 600 m2
Client: KordSA

Within Sabancı Holding’s İzmit production campus, a series of shared workspaces were designed in response to the evolving nature of work in the post-pandemic context.

As remote working became more prevalent, conventional office spaces began to lose their fixed patterns of use, often remaining underutilized. In this regard, shared work environments and spaces for collective production emerged as an effective strategy to re-activate and optimize these areas.

The project is conceived as a flexible platform that accommodates meeting, working, and collaborative production within a unified spatial framework. Rather than defining rigid functions, the design promotes adaptability, enabling spaces to shift between social and productive uses throughout the day.

Through this approach, the workplace is reimagined not as a static environment, but as a dynamic system—supporting interaction, exchange, and collective creativity within the industrial campus.
