Parkim Offices

Year: 2019-2021
Area: 3000 m2
Client: Parkim Kimya

Located within the GEBKİM Organized Industrial Zone in Gebze, the project comprises the interior and façade design of the administrative offices of a chemical production facility. The design is developed around a chromatic narrative inspired by the plants and flowers from which perfume chemicals are derived.

Spanning a total area of 3,000 m², the project was completed through a comprehensive process of design development and construction supervision, ensuring continuity between concept and execution.

Across all spaces and details, the design seeks to establish a calm and refined spatial language emerging from a multiplicity of colors, articulated elements, and material expressions. The richness, diversity, and vibrancy of natural raw materials—central to perfume production—are translated into the working environment, creating a layered yet controlled atmosphere.

This expressive use of color is balanced with the inherent requirements of industrial settings, where functionality, flexibility, and economic adaptability remain essential. Contemporary workplace needs are integrated with these constraints, resulting in environments that are both efficient and experientially engaging.

The introduction of permeable and color-rich workspaces aims to mitigate the social and psychological limitations often associated with working in peripheral industrial zones, fostering a more open, stimulating, and human-centered workplace.
