Polisan Poliport
Year: 2024
Area: 2.800 m2
Client: Polisan Holding
Located within the Poliport port industrial facilities, the project comprises the design of new office, warehouse, and social buildings, conceived as a cohesive architectural system within a highly operational environment.
The proposal is organized through a clear functional hierarchy, separating logistical, administrative, and social programs while maintaining strong spatial and visual connections between them. Open yard areas, circulation routes, and service zones are integrated into a rational and efficient layout, responding to the demands of industrial workflows.
Architecturally, the buildings are defined by simple, modular volumes articulated through a restrained material palette. This clarity is enhanced by the strategic use of color, applied as linear and surface elements that introduce identity, orientation, and differentiation across the complex. Rather than decorative, color operates as an organizational tool within the industrial landscape.
Lightweight canopy structures and semi-open systems provide shaded working areas, supporting flexible use and climatic responsiveness. The social building, distinguished by its softer geometry and landscaped roof, introduces a contrasting spatial experience—offering relief and gathering space within the otherwise utilitarian context.
The project balances efficiency and expression, proposing an industrial environment that is both functional and legible, where clarity of use is reinforced through a precise and contemporary architectural language.
