Located in Istanbul–Kurtköy, the project encompasses the comprehensive design of all factory buildings, administrative offices, and the surrounding landscape for TMS Group, a company specializing in the production of custom industrial cooling systems. The existing façades were reinterpreted and renewed as part of the overall architectural approach.

In response to the demands of industrial environments—where functionality and adaptability are paramount—a restrained and minimal architectural language was adopted across both the interiors and the building envelope. To accommodate future growth in team size and production capacity, the design prioritizes daylight, wide structural spans, and transparent, permeable spaces that allow for flexibility and continuous reconfiguration.

Kayabay Architecture also undertook the construction of the project, ensuring the continuity between design intent and built outcome.
